Change Manager

Reporting to the Change Practice Lead, you will be responsible for delivering change on a major IT led project – with global exposure and responsibility for leading change across the senior leadership team and managers.

• Engaging with stakeholders, driving change across a varying audience
• Liaising with technical teams, understanding IT lingo
• Influence new ways of working and technology change

The role will be an initial 12 month contract with the strong possibility for extension. This is a hands on role – you will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, training needs analysis and communications.
  
It is important to recognise relevant experience across a similar IT led project. Ideally, you will have worked on a global technology upgrade, and have the following experience in your background:

• Strong understanding of IT projects, including SOE: working with engineers and technical teams you will be able to understand the lingo
• Confidently influence behavioural change: have a strong emotional quotient to engage with people across all areas of the organisation
• Delivering change on multiple projects: be methodical with strong attention to detail with competing priorities

A background across multiple sectors and in large, complex environments will be highly regarded. A real passion for change and the ability to contribute to uplifting change in a developing change environment is a must.
