The Role :
This Global leading company is looking for industry specialists in Copper network Design and performance management. You will be providing assistance and industry knowledge to the managers of your specifically assigned projects. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the service level provided is of a high standard using a variety of tools, looking for quality problems and speed related issues. Another key requirement will be for you to conduct root analysis reports to determine a quick and speedy resolution. Tasks such as Troubleshooting, trouble - ticket management and fault management will be expected as standard.
Responsibilities :
- Analysis of designs as well as network improvement experience
- Report high-level issues to management if deemed fit to do so.
- Manage client relationships as well as shareholders across the board.
- Communication with internal teams to vastly improve quality and performance of existing network.
- Account manage and build rapport with external parties.
- Create a well organised and logged report of project material.
- 7-10 years of experience in either, field operations or the network solution space
- Degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
- Experienced in having close relationships with the senior management team.
- Should have experience with design and network operations.
- FTTN Design and VDSL2 Troubleshooting knowledge
- High-level Service Assurance and telecom operator – Enterprise
- Network Operations and Copper network Solution and validation knowledge
- End to End Network design and development of both FTTN FTTC
- The capability to work simultaneously with a number of different teams within the business to achieve business outcomes successfully
- 10 years of Network Operations experience OR Network Solutions
- Service Management and Assurance within an Industry
- Face to Face Senior management experience.
- Critical thinker
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Exposure to NOC operations
- Troubleshooting and testing knowledge
