We are seeking a Technical Writer or Knowledge Analyst, with an understanding of Workers Compensation, to join a rapidly growing organisation who are known for contractor retention and growth.

You are:

You are either a Technical Writer or Knowledge Analyst with Workers Compensation knowledge, or you are a Workers Compensation Claims Specialist with fantastic writing and communication skills looking to move into a content producing role. 

This role would suit someone ideally with solid experience producing user manuals, guides or knowledge databases around Workers Compensation or the Insurance Claims process. 

You'll come with the ability to research and translate sometimes complex information into customer centric documentation with excellent editing skills and you will be able to work with all levels of stakeholders to quickly establish their needs to understand the business functionality and requirements.

A background in Learning & Development or adult learning would be an advantage. 


The role:

A key part of your role will be to effectively transpose a large amount of information into easy to understand content, whilst ensuring your work aligns with the company’s tone of voice and best practice.

You will be using a structured process to ensure information flows to the correct person so they can effectively find, understand and use the combined knowledge to service customer’s needs.

You will be creating user manuals, updating knowledge databases and producing knowledge articles, therefore your writing style needs to be clear, concise and engaging and you will need to have fantastic stakeholder engaement skills.

Requirements / Skills:

  • A background in Technical Writing or Content Producing ideal
  • Workers Compensation Knowledge essential
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills imperative
  • A background in Adult Education or Learning and Development an advantage
  • Fantastic stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Excellent ability to understand change
