 Your Opportunity
Our client - a National leader in eCommerce and Software intergration space - is seeking a Systems/ Business Analyst with expertise in Software Intergration projects.
 
Your Responsibilities:

• Work with the customer and internal teams to plan & define scope of work as required
• Identify, understand and plan for organizational impact of planned solutions
• Responsible for preparing design/technical/functional specification documentation.
• Understand software architecture and limitations
• Assist and provide leadership to developers
• Analyse, design and guide in implementing required solutions:
• Assess the suitability of systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with developers, clients and end users in order to achieve required system outcomes
• Act as a change agent and identify organisational improvements that will occur as a consequence of implementing designed solutions
• Resource planning and coordination (team members/third-party contractors)
• Develop project timelines based upon required work
• Develop project budgets
• Ensure relevant project documentation is completed pre project commencement and during the project
• Undertake risk analysis of projects prior to commencement of development work
• Contribute to planning and defining a scope of work as required
• Monitoring project progress against budgets
• Providing leadership to developers as required
• Working with clients and managing relationships
• Drive sustaining support activities

Your Skills:

• Experience working with *External* customers on IT Software Intergration projects.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, prioritising the most urgent.  
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of applications programming and analysis and the impact of the solutions on the business and IT functions
• Sound working knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks
• Applies knowledge to analyze and develop solutions to complex problems
• Possesses and applies an advanced level of understanding of the principles of applications programming
• Demonstrated ability to lead large projects or offer complex programming solutions.
• Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of key business processes, current and future requirements and key success factors
• Ability to effectively communicate business issues and needs at a leadership level and how technology supports those requirements
• Self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn new things
• Strong focus on customer needs
• Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency
