The Role

At Promapp this Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) position will play a critical role in growing our business. The main focus of this position is in developing qualified prospects for our sales process through cold calling, referral network nurturing, partner channel development, and managing of various marketing and social media programs designed to cultivate prospects for deeper qualification.

Responsibilities·

  • Responsible for booking new, qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage inbound leads and methodically contact and follow up regarding next steps to qualify and progress in sales cycle
  • Follow up with Free trial participants, webinar attendees etc to qualify and schedule meetings
  • Manage various social media tools for inbound prospect development
  • Interact with prospects and provide high level offering information
  • Generate qualified leads and set sales appointments
  • Manage prospecting status and forecasting in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Run live web demonstrations of our Process Manager software
  • Achieve and exceed sales KPI's set incl. # of conversations, live chat response times, meetings booked etc.

Requirements


To ace this role you will have;

  • Experience selling software or technology solutions, services, or applications
  • Strong experience building a pipeline and qualifying opportunities
  • Excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strength in building engagement with business champions and technical teams
  • Experience managing the initial stages of the sales cycle from prospecting, objection handling to appointment setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Previous Sales Methodology training and CRM experience
