We have a new contract with long term potential for an experienced Business Architect located in the Canberra CBD.
What your day will look like:
You will work in a multidisciplinary team to further develop and apply a whole of government business architecture to increase our understanding of the government capabilities that support the service offerings we provide to end users.
The role will focus on modelling user journeys and capability gaps and identifying opportunities for transformation and improvement.
What you'll need for success:
- Ability to create and apply business architecture reference models
- Ability to map capabilities in the context of the end user experience
- Ability to take a government-wide and strategic view
- Experience using business modelling tools (e.g. Jalepeno)
- Ability to map and model capability to create strategic and meaningful insights
- Ability to provide strategic advice based on business/enterprise architecture
