Our client is seeking for a Drupal Senior Back End Developer to create and support enterprise business critical applications using Scrum methodology.
 
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Active in Drupal project open source
• Expert knowledge of PHP 5 and PHP 7
• Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML/SASS/CSS)
• Solid experience in Drupal CI/CD and cloud technologies
• Solid understanding in Git / Gitflow
• Solid understanding of Symfony/Silex and other PHP frameworks
• Solid understanding of Twig/Mustache/Handlebars templating
• Experience in cross-browser development
• Experience working with Composer and modern package management tools
• Ability to write PHPUnit tests, Gherkin/Cucumber is a bonus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A proactive and team oriented professional.
• Excellent time management skills
• Candidate must have tertiary qualifications, computing industry/business qualifications or substantial equivalent experience in the information technology industry. 

Selection Criteria
1. At least 5 years' experience in Drupal (v8 and V7) development role. 
2. Evidence of involvement in the latest Drupal development community.
3. Must have experience in large scale transformation and IT projects
4. Must be able to work independently as well as be part of a team.
5. A team player with excellent communication skills, especially when working collaboratively in an Agile team with BA's and Testers to agree on User stories, acceptance criteria and automated tests.
6. Strong experience designing and defining specifications and write technical design documents, including DB schema design.
7. Experienced with test driven development and behaviour driven development.
