Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their team as they embark on a variety of technology and organisational change projects. The role will not only see you engaging, training and inspiring others but also developing strategy and implementing actions to improve the broader organisation.
 
The main focus of the change is around digital innovation - the building and delivery of new products and services, as well as looking at ways to improve day-to-day business processes.
 
As Change Manager, some of your responsibilities will be to:

• Establish a change strategy / change framework
• Providing advice about how to approach and execute change
• Work with key stakeholders (both within the IT group as well as the wider business)

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

• Experience establishing a change strategy / change framework
• Experience working on transformation projects (any experience working on any digital projects would be highly regarded)
• Experience focusing on both technology (CRM) and cultural change
• Solid stakeholder management skills (including excellent written and spoken communication skills)
• Ability to direct coach and provide a supporting hand is needed
