Job description
Reporting to the CFO, the IT Systems Manager has hands on responsibility for managing all aspects of IT applications and infrastructure for Qteq’s four interstate locations.
Job requirements
- Configure, test, install, and maintain computer equipment (on and off-site)
- Manage and maintain Servers, PC’s and networking equipment
- Configure and manage Windows Server infrastructure (Domain, Active Directory, DNS, file servers, etc.)
- AD user management, O365 integration management and domain management
- Maintenance of Linux VM’s for specific requirements
- Maintain virtualised ESXi environment for servers and other virtualised systems
- Maintenance of telephony system (Panasonic) and services
- Implement cloud infrastructure solutions (SharePoint, AWS, etc.)
- Backup and disaster recovery
- Maintain IT equipment registers
- Manage software licensing
- Technical support
Additional information
You will be the sole IT specialist within the business and so your ability to operate autonomously and proactively is key. You'll need to be available to travel domestically and potentially internationally. You'll need to be willing to work irregular hours.
