The Job
As Architecture Practice Manager you will lead the architecture team & their engagement across Sportsbet’s technology & business teams.
Drawing from your depth of experience, you will be responsible for developing the expertise & competency of team members in order to provide broad architectural capability. Along with this, you will coordinate the team in the creation & management of architectural outputs that add value to the organisation.

- Experience with modern architectural practices & approaches
- Architectural knowledge across a broad set of technical domains with depth of experience in at least one domain
- Able to probe and evaluate technical solutions across all domains including those that are not the elected area of expertise
- Comfortable working with both abstract concepts and concrete designs
- Supportive and committed to the development of team members
- Thorough and organized in the management of architectural activities
- Collaborative and inclusive in decision making
- Strong influencing skills in respect to technical solutions and priorities
- Passionate about the potential of technology
- Ability to assess and prioritise in the context of business and technical value
- Questioning and curious in order to challenge ideas, approaches, concepts
