This respected and well regarded business is embarking on a major technology change program, and as such are URGENTLY seeking the services of a Senior Project Manager to join their professional, yet friendly team - which is based in an inner eastern suburbs location (few kms from CBD nearby public transport).
 
This senior PM is expected to manage all stages of the new Payroll system implementation life cycle, whilst supporting the People and Culture (P&C) Business with the Payroll/HRIS changes associated with people, processes and systems. 
 
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills/experience:

• Excellent core Project Management skills
• Experience in end to end project delivery, of applications integration projects, managing resources, budget, vendors and stakeholder expectations
• Must have experience on managing a finance systems implementation
• Experience in the management of payroll systems is a must with good understanding of Payroll functional components and integrations with other systems
• Good knowledge and understanding of Payroll systems, and HRIS environments and associated integrations
• Certification in project management nice to have (such as Prince2, PMP or Agile Practitioner)
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and experience integrating Payroll systems with Workday HCM will be a distinct advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to confidently work with internal and external customers, and senior management
