We are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Systems Engineer, working on Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems in corporate network environments. This is a highly varied role, across multiple technologies, with unlimited scope to advance your technical knowledge and your career. We envisage this individual will have excellent customer service skills and good IT troubleshooting abilities. Working within a technical team, you will provide technical support and escalation on Issues and Incidents.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in following:
- MS Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
- MS Windows 7/8 and MS Office
- Good understanding of Networking
- Solid knowledge of Backup systems and Disaster Recovery
- Security/Antivirus/Antimalware
- Remote Desktop Services
- Understanding of Thin Client Technologies
- Willingness to learn new technologies
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in any of the following:
- Cisco
- VMware
- PSA and RMM tools such as Connectwise and Labtech
- Apple OS
