Are you an experienced Unified Communications or Contact Centre Engineer with Avaya Aura skills and experience?
Do you you the technical and leadership skills to play a pivital role in a major project for a leading Commonwealth Agency?
THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading systems integrator with a track record or successfully delivering large-scale, mission critical infractructure implementations for Enterprise and Government clients.
THE ROLE
As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers and Subject Matter Experts engaged in delivering a new Avaya platform implementation for the Department of Defence.
MUST HAVE
- Australian Citizenship
- AGSVA Defence Security Clearance (MUST HAVE)
- 10 years' Telecommunications or Call Centre experience
- 5+ years of Avaya experience
- Strong knowledge of and/or Certification in Avaya Aura Platform
- Good experience with Unified Communications or Collaboration platforms
- Ability to start immediately
