A large, complex government organisation is seeking to engage an experienced Process Analyst to carry out important process improvement reviews for a large business transformation initiative.

This is an initial 3 month contract opportunity, with a high likelihood of extension, located in Cannon Hill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out process improvement reviews using standard methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• Facilitate process modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements
• Create process documentation such as process maps and process narratives.
• Conduct maturity assessments and analysis to highlight improvement areas
• Prepare recommendations and improvement plan with buy-in from stakeholders
• Assist stakeholders in implementing changes
• Perform process documentation (procedure manual, guides or work instruction) for processes in scope.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Working experience as a Process Analyst for at least 5 years
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Outstanding writing skills
• Critical thinker
• Creative problem solver
• Great analytical skills
• Data-driven approach
• Experience working on government organisations would be ideal
