JOB DESCRIPTION:
Automation Business Analyst:

• Support the Managers in the development of a range of program/project documentation including execution work plans, statement of requirements, scopes of work, basis of design, basis of schedule etc
• Lead the development of the stakeholder engagement plan, and support the execution of the plan
• Validate and refresh existing requirements and manage these through the life of the program/project ensuring traceability
• In collaboration with SME’s and OEM’s support the implementation of the Automation Engineering framework using a systems engineering approach.
• In collaboration with SME’s scope and specify the systems integration requirements with other existing systems
• Work with the various teams during the development/configuration cycle to ensure the product will meet requirements and provide an effective business solution
• Support systems testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring alignment with the system test strategy
• Support the design of support packages for ongoing production support
• Support alignment of technology scope with other work streams in the Program including HR, IR, HSEC, OCM, Operational Readiness etc
• Actively contribute to and coordinate Health and Safety performance across the project, demonstrating an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development
• Demonstrate visible safety leadership to promote a culture of zero harm

Qualifications:

• Strong skills and experience in managing business, functional, & technical requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with working with vendors and internal teams to design and implement practical and supportable integrated solutions
• Pragmatic approach and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Ability to employ agile techniques to accelerate delivery
• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed stakeholders and team members
