We have a NEW opportunity to join our team as Development Manager, based in Melbourne in our Customer Engagement & Commerce Practice.

As Development Manager you will be responsible for leading a talented and diverse team of developers and Hybris technical specialists, creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will play a crucial role creating, leading and driving a professional culture and working environment, whilst encouraging a consultative technologist approach.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing large technical teams in a managerial capacity 
• Experience in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of experience with hands on development of Java technologies (Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, EJB, SOAP and SOA)
• Project Management experience
• Any experience / exposure / knowledge of Hybris would be highly beneficial 
• A thorough understanding of consulting
• Preferable to have experience of working within an onshore / offshore delivery model 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
