Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end delivery of the Projects
  • Engage resources for on-boarding in the projects
  • Develop & Track Project Plan
  • Prepare & publish PDD/PMP project documents as per requirement of the project
  • Initiate and manage Change Management process for implementation
  • Provide post implementation support to client’s as and when required
  • Follow project closure process as per customer prescribed process
• Manage client support/escalation related to projects delivered
• Manage clarity task for all the resources on-boarded in the project
• Ensure all Projects deliverables are aligned with the customer internal processes and documentation
• Engage with client and other internal stakeholders to mitigate any project risk
• Sending weekly project status report to customer internal stakeholders & clients
• Organize project status review meeting with clients as per the client requirements
• Engage with portfolio managers to ensure tracking of project revenues. 

Mandatory Skills: 

• Knowledge related to Switch applications
• Project management tools like MPP, Clarity and Jira. 
• Root cause Analysis.
