Our client is a seeking a Scrum Master to join an exciting project in the utilities sector for a mid-long term contract. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading scrum teams within an Agile Release Train.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Experience coaching teams in agile concepts, practices, behaviours and facilitate scrum activities (e.g. daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings)
• Scrum Master Certification with experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices
• 3+ years’ experience in a Scrum Master role
• A background in business analysis and knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure projects will be highly regarded
