WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Maintain knowledgebase through the creation, modification and review of articles
  • Deliver superior support services to corporate staff in all IT support capacities, including desktop, software, hardware, business applications and remote support
  • Monitor multiple streams of incoming service requests through phone, email and self-service and maintain all document trails
  • Maintain physical assets, asset tag, manage stock and stock take records across multiple sites
  • You will be available 7 days a week, rostered an average 38 hours per week.  Plus be available on the on call roster

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Knowledge of best practise and principles for Knowledge Management
  • Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting an Apple environment including MAC, iPhone and iPad's
  • Excellent technical skills in OSX, Windows 7, Windows 8, Group Policy, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Security Groups, Distribution Groups and File Server Security
  • Experience within a complex and fast paced Service Desk environment with the ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of technical hardware, ability to diagnose faulty components, printer devices, photocopiers
  • Exposure to Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, and SOE deployment development and techniques
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, proxy and networking concepts, remote access technologies, such as RDP, Citrix
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies (desired)
  • Drivers Licence required as you will be travelling between our offices at times
