Our client is a global provider of leasing, business and consumer finance solutions with a presence in more than 35 countries. They now require a Lead UAT Test Analyst with some experience working on and leading small projects. Experience in Financial Services and ideally within Secured Lending (such as mortgages) is preferred.
This is a hands-on role and as such you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering small projects on time, on budget and within scope under the guidance of the Senior PM. You will be required to manage the project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder management etc..
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing project plans
- Coordinating and collaborating with Business Solutions on business requirements
- Monitors budget and milestones
- Facilitates communication and collaboration with project / program stakeholders and team members
- Identifying resource requirements for project team
- Manages all internal and external parties
- Continuously assesses risks and appropriately mitigates the risks
- Identify best practices, deliver input and maintain project procedures, systems and methodologies, in order to contribute to continuous improvement of a high quality project management practice
It is important that this Project Manager possesses the following skills
- Some experience working as a Project Manager on small projects up to 500K budget
- Business focused IT change
- Managing testing efforts remotely through multiple time zones
- UAT co-ordination including test tools.
- Writing UAT test plans
- Managing defects. identifying, tracking, resolving, reporting
- Agile methodology for understanding user stories and acceptance criteria
