AC3 are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to work with one of our Government clients on an initial 12 month contract based in the CBD.This is a part-time for 4 days per week with flexible working hours.
You will be providing 1st and 2nd level support to thousands of users on a national scale working within a team environment.
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience using Windows 7/8/10/O365, Office suite, Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, IP networking, user hardware and PC applications.
- Previous experience with projects' rollout
- Experience with SCCM
- SOE deployment experience
- VPN troubleshooting experience
- Strong Admin skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
