As a Workforce Implementation Consultant - you will be a part of our dedicated Melbourne Service Delivery team, with over 15 years of collective easyemployer experience.
This is an exciting and fast paced role working with key clients and their staff, providing the same level of personable service and solutions we have been providing for over 15 years.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Assist clients through the implementation process, including assistance with change management.
- Scope rostering, timesheet, and general functional/technical requirements required by clients.
- Oversee and conduct configuration and testing for organisation accounts.
- Conduct easyemployer related training to clients through onsite and online mediums.
- Provide product support to new and existing clients where required.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated personal experience in a prior workforce managent role.
- An affinity to work with complicated scenarios and large data sets/numbers.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- The ability to provide exemplary service and support through verbal and written communications.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce management software/complex award interpretation software and/or payroll applications integrated with 3rd party systems is highly regarded.
