Mandatory Skills:

·  3+ years hands on Salesforce administrator experience in a customer facing role.

·  Salesforce Certified Administrator.

·  Ability to break down a problem and find solutions.

·  Ability to gather requirements and translate the needs of the business into a Salesforce solution.

·  Strong written & verbal communication skills.

·  Hands on experience enabling and delivering solutions in Lighting.

·  Experience with security settings, visual flows, process builder, workflow & validation rules, custom email templates, reports, dashboards.

·  Experience with data management including bulk data extraction, manipulation and upload.

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Retail / Supply Chain experience an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience using tools such as ServiceNOW.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with Business users to understand, analyse and resolve support related requests and incidents.   
  • End to end ownership of support related requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
  • Maintain application related support and knowledge documentation as required.
  • Perform all ongoing system administration functions.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers and a variety of IT and business stakeholders.
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and new functionality.
  • Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
  • Accurate time management and reporting of own work.
  • Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
  • Ability to work on multiple applications/ projects/ BAU enhancement simultaneously and must have a “can do” attitude.
