My client is a well-established blue chip company based in the Sydney CBD. As they continue to invest in technology to help provide them a competitive advantage as well as ensuring customer experience is continually optimised they have announced a huge raft of exciting new technology projects for 2018/19 FY. Part of this growth is the recruiting of some top talent in the SalesForce-Business Analyst arena.
  
I am looking for candidates who have a proven track record in E2E IT Business Analysis. Working from end to end from project scoping, requirements gathering, running workshops etc. through writing functional specifications, solution design, etc to configuration, testing/qa, implementation, training and post-live support etc. I am looking first class Business Analysis skills, someone who has worked on complex projects (multi-site, multiple technologies, different business units etc) in large, enterprise environments and delivered successfully. I am looking for someone who has a structured approach to their BA work and the discipline to gather all requirements before tackling the solution aspect/solution design etc.  BA’s must be able to evidence strong commercial and organisational awareness, the ability to create work-arounds, overcome roadblocks on projects and influence key stakeholders with diverse interests. Project wise outside of Salesforce then broader CRM related work or ERP projects are of interest.

Equally as important is that you have strong Salesforce CRM experience. I am looking for Business Analyst’s who have at least 2 years solid commercial experience working on Salesforce related projects (e.g. BA on a Salesforce implementation, upgrade  etc.) and a strong grasp of key Salesforce functionality and who can bring some savviness/knowhow to best practice to employed on their implementation.
