As the SAP HR Test Analyst you will be ensuring the Quality Assurance of software development in the organisation. This role needs to demonstrate a solid understanding for SAP manual testing methods, processes and procedures and have applied experience working within an Agile software development environment. And you will perform hands-on testing, write test cases, and help coordinate other activities involved in the QA cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong experience in the testing SAP HR and Payroll and validating report data with backend.
  • Responsible to the create test data set for participants throughout the SAP HR testing and support to Master data to maintain large amount of data in SAP.
  • Created Test Plan, Test Cases, Test data, Test Execution and managed defects using JIRA and HPQC.
  • Prepared Test Cases based on the Requirements Traceability Matrix, reviewed the Test Cases prepared by the Test Team.
  • Execution of Test scripts manually to verity actual results against expected results in HPQC and report to test manager.
  • Monitoring logging and tracking defects in HPQC to improve testing result and also responsible re-test all defect area.
  • Assisting report and document defects in accordance with defect management process.

  • Participating in analysis data requirements to satisfy functional test scripts and create, manipulate and maintain test data.
  • Liaise with the Business stakeholders about UAT participants and scenario that covering during UAT.
  • Analyse defects with Business Analyst logged defects in JIRA and HPQC and managed the existing BAU issues with the Support team for appropriate actions.
  • Created Test Plan, Test Cases, Test data, Test Execution and managed defects using JIRA and HPQC.
  • Performing various types of Testing – Smoke, System, Integration, Functional, SIT, UAT, Authorization, Accessibility, Usability, Value Scenarios, and Regression Testing.
  • Assisting Test Lead in preparing the Daily Status Report and Weekly Status Report.
