Our client is undertaking a major cloud transformation project. This will involve moving to a Cloud and virtualised environment.

As part of this initiative it is looking for a Senior Transformation Project Manager (Infrastructure). You will be responsible for managing the main infrastructure project and associated deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in infrastructure transition and change delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Design, procure and provision the following core infrastructure : DNS, DHCP, Identity & Access Management, Application Proxy, Web Proxy;
• Assess future state Backup solutions
• Provision of core infrastructure to extend existing environment, ready to start consuming cloud services and transitioning application workloads to the cloud
• Alignment to overall Cloud program of work and subsequent interdependencies
• Effective stakeholder engagement and buy-in
• Effective Change Management across technology and business

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Over 5+ years’ experience in ICT project management
• Previous experience managing a large Cloud transformation project
• Proven prior experience delivering technology infrastructure change projects and transitions
• Solid understanding of technology infrastructure
• Ability to engage and manage external parties to deliver commercial requirements
• Previous experience delivering project requirements as part of a large program of work with a practical understanding of interdependency management
• Proven change management experience - technology and business
• Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
