Your new company
This large Australian property group are currently seeking a Desktop Support analyst to provide support to their head office in North Sydney.
Your new role
As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for end users to the IT Department and will be responsible for the delivery of Service Desk related functions. You will also liaise closely with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, local and head office departments, to ensure technical support is provided at the highest levels across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 2+ years’ experience working within an IT Helpdesk Support role and ideally qualifications/certifications in IT.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ experience working with:
- Windows 7 & 10 and Windows Server
- Exchange
- Ticketing systems
- Active Directory
- VPN access, WiFi setup
- Knowledge of printers/AV equipment
