The Company -
Our client is part of Asia’s leading communications, media, entertainment group providing a wide spectrum of multimedia and infocomm technology (ICT) solutions including voice, data and video services over fixed and wireless.
You will work from an award-winning corporate office campus, including restaurants, bars, designer landscaped gardens, weekly markets, cultural and corporate events, dry cleaner, convenience store, childcare, gym, doctors, phone shop, car share system, bus shuttle to Wynyard & Epping Train Station, and from September also from Parramatta and St Leonards station, Macquarie Shopping centre and more...
Your Role -
You will lead the RPA Operating Centre end to end, from analysing processes for RPA, creating the business case, requirements gathering, POC’s, UAT through deployment, You should have an excellent understanding of RPA architecture, optimal configuration and integration. You will:
- Create frameworks, processes, design practices and coding standards for automation for operational efficiency.
- Partner with business to search for improvement opportunities in existing manual process and automate using right automation tool such as RPA, Chatbot and/or traditional methods such as scripts.
- Enhance existing RPA process to be more time efficient.
- Fine tune RPA performance and operation.
- Play an integrator role between business and technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop management reporting on a weekly/monthly basis carry out execution as directed by the management.
- Develop RPA strategy to migrate business unit processes to be RPA enabled.
- Conduct training sessions for the business unit to create an understanding of the concept of RPA and what checks need to be done to finalize a process for RPA.

Our client is looking for someone passionate about Automation. This engagement is for an initial six-month contract with a view to eventually extend for another 18 months (TBC).
