The Operations Systems Analyst holds a key position in the Operations Team. With strong problem solving, analysis and planning skills, this position is responsible for ensuring all Operations systems are designed, implemented against strict procedures, reviewed and modified as necessary to achieve operational goals.
This role will:
- take charge of managing and monitoring processes and system compliance at DE&E in the Operations team and Inventory function
- undertake systematic analysis of user and business needs to scope and implement additional system functionality to improve organisational efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy and reporting
- work with users to document, train and release Standard Operating Procedures to ensure their effective ongoing use is maintained.
- undertake projects throughout the calendar year
- develop and implement system test plans
- on a monthly basis, extract relevant reporting data from ICT systems
- remain as the systems and process expert and subject matter expert to manage the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
You will have
- proven experience in the coordination of event operations or operations in a hospitality environment
- experience in a systems analyst role, or similar.
- experience with the WinHire operating system
- strong sales and customer relations skills with an established customer service attitude.
- proven ability to develop innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.
- interpersonal skills of a high order, excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to accomplish necessary tasks quickly within established deadlines
