A growing IT services company with a loyal and diverse client base is looking for Helpdesk professionals Level 1 and also Level 2/3 to assist their clients supporting IT infrastructure.  You will need experience of working on complex environments remotely (in office).

Keys skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 years Technical helpdesk support across IT infrastructure
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft including windows 10/ Office 365
  • Knowledge of supporting virtualised environments
  • Basic knowledge of supporting cloud infrastructure Azure and AWS
  • Knowledge of connectwise for remote access and call logging
  • Positive approach to technical and non technical clients
