Your new company
One of the fastest growing banks in Australia is actively seeking a Change Analyst to join a innovative business transformation focusing on improving the overall customer experience.

Your new role
Working on a range of projects across the portfolio ranging from application enhancement, customer experience improvement, home loan system & product changes etc. Working alongside a Change Lead, you will provide support and documentation for a range of projects, including impact assessments, business readiness, training and documentation and other other required deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven expertise in driving organisation wide change efforts and increasing change capabilities
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with ambiguity
• Experience within the finance industry and contact centres beneficial
• Experience in transformational projects beneficial
• Understanding of Agile methodologies beneficial
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all employees at all levels.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills
• Strong analytical and decision making abilities
