Full Job Description:

Attribute Group is in requirement of an experienced Digital Business Analyst for a major digital project within a leading organisation.  

These is a great contract opportunity where you will play a key role in working with various internal stakeholders to design requirements and translate these into functional specifications for the development team and digital partners.

This opportunity needs solid Agile based Business Analyst who is innovative and driven about working on some great projects within web based, digital environments.  We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual who is based in Australia and can be ready to start within a 2 week period.

Role Description:

• Drive Business Analysis tasks
• Accurately describe the problem statement, business impact and client experience
• Analyse and articulate user requirements using various techniques
• Work with the business to identify success criteria for each milestone
• Assist with the definition of the testing strategy and test execution
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand up, retro, showcases, workshops, PI planning, Sprint Planning, etc.)
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise the product backlog and defects
• Manage escalated issues, prioritise with the Product Manager and provide feedback to impacted users

  

Required Skills:

• Significant senior level experience as a Business Analyst in a consultancy/ enterprise context.
• Higher Education experience desirable
• Strong experience in data mapping.
• Experience in UX requirements design
• Substantial experience in the Agile delivery.
• Extensive experience in facilitation and requirement gathering including workshop facilitation and interview techniques (either Agile or non-Agile).
• Experience working with Software Engineers in an enterprise project-based environment based on Agile (Scrum/Kanban etc).
• Assist team members and business stakeholders to articulate their proposed ideas/changes/initiatives by analyzing the current state, eliciting requirements, analyzing requirements using appropriate techniques, verifying & validating requirements, and building accurate specifications.
• Ensure thorough and appropriate questioning/challenging that the specified changes will align with the desired user experience.
• Champion the Agile process.
• Ensure the consideration of the customer experience outside the digital channel has been considered and integrated into the solution design.
• Ability to effectively report and manage or escalate risk(s), issue(s) and defects.
