Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to assist our staff with IT Support-related items across our internal platform, Salesforce and other secondary applications. The team works in a very flat and agile environment that fosters innovation, team work and is a true meritocracy. 

This newly-created position will see you providing helpdesk support for the first 12 – 18 months, and we are seeking people who have a view to progressing into a technical / functional BA role thereafter.

 

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Working with key stakeholders to gain business context and knowledge to support your growth into a technical/functional BA position
  • Supporting our CRM application and working with our best-in-breed technical architecture as well as multiple third-party data producers
  • Respond to customer support requests within SLAs with the highest level of service
  • Triage and manage level 1 requests and acting as level 2 & 3 support
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Document processes in Wiki and collaborate with users for more effective resolution processes

 

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a similar Helpdesk Support role
  • Truly passionate about service delivery, with an aptitude for process and efficiency
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a bonus
  • Experience working with contact-centre or IP phone platforms (beneficial)
  • Previous Experience supporting CRM/Workflow applications is desired
  • Effective written and oral communication in identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention
  • Network activity monitoring and hardware troubleshooting (advantageous)
  • Must be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Active learner; ability to quickly pick up systems and processes both technical and non-technical.
