Job Description
Capital Transport is a leading supplier of transport and logistics services across Australia. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Helpdesk Support Officer to join our IT Department located in Clayton. This position would suit a person starting their career in IT.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support across network, server and desktop hardware, mobile devices, software and other devices, including proprietary applications
- User support via a helpdesk ticketing system ,as well as direct access via email, phone and in person
- Local and remote support of workstations and servers
- Create/Update user credentials in active directory, telephony system, plus other standalone systems
- Hardware builds and deployment
- Create/Update technical documentation
Skills & Experience required:
- Certificate IV in Networking or similar
- Proven analytical experience and troubleshooting across a range of systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to learn
