The Role
This is a great role for an Operations Analyst with a background in procurement, purchasing, contracts management and billing. You will be responsible for initiating and tracking projects on SAP. You will provided with training and will be available to work outside of business hours when necessary.
Who you are
You will have the following skills/experience:
• Create project accounts in the accounting system within SLA
• Support the Project Managers /coordinators by performing project accounting and administration tasks through the project life cycle
• Manage contract changes, project amendments, project closures
• Creation ,release and management of billing milestones
• Timely and accurate implementation of contracts assisting in ensuring revenue is realised
• End to end ownership of orders to provide support to sales and other finance teams
• Creation of any required Materials for SAP ordering
• Creating Sales Orders and Purchase Order requisitions and regularly monitoring and chasing the progress of orders with internal and external parties. Ensuring order information is accurate.
• Providing ETA's - managing delivery, offering alternatives for delays where
• Post-Sales Support – co-ordination of invoicing, returns & credits.
• Correct coding of new item code creation with when creating a Sales Order in SAP utilizing the correct Material Master Distributions.
