We have an initial 6-12 month Contract  for a Senior Project Manager to interface with Stakeholders and Enterprise Architects.  based in Sydney CBD this initial contract role could well extend beyond 6-12 months.

Role Details

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the team, reporting to the Portfolio Manager.

The project scopes will change regularly so you will require tenacity to deal with this.

Projects include:

• Migration of Integration interfaces to new platform
• Robotics and process automation

Essential

• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project within scope, time, budgetary and resourcing constraints
• Effectively build and sustain solid working relationships with a wide range of project stakeholders
• Provide timely and accurate information and reports specific to the performance of projects
• Manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure end to end project delivery
• Leverage customer centric approaches in designing and implementing the solution
• Analyse problems and offer innovative solutions.
• Effective communication with Technical Resources
• Ability to write clear and effective project documentation required per the IT framework
• Good understanding of the function, efficient management, use of Data for Reporting and the latest trends and technology available
• Demonstrate a high level of energy / initiative

• Team size 4 Project Managers and 3 Business Analysts will make up the twam

You will be surrounded with an experienced and autonomous team where collaboration is the key for success.

Essential skills

Experience

• 5 years of experience with successful record in IT Project Management role, preferably in an outsourced environment and in Application development and infrastructure migrations space

• Sound general IT experience; working knowledge of industry standards in IT development, operational and change management processes and methodologies  

• Experience in managing 3rd party suppliers to ensure end to end project delivery and tracking 

• Demonstrated skills in translating business requirements into project scope and technical work deliverables.

• Ability to communicate technical solutions to stakeholders in terms of benefits and relevant change impact.

• Demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management; identifying and engaging the appropriate resources to ensure the project is embedded successfully within the business and support Teams

• An ability to cope with complexity, ambiguity, change and variety
