• Initial 6-month contract
• Sydney CBD location

Talent International is on the lookout for a Lead Business Analyst with a Financial Services background to work on an Insurance program, providing enhanced digital & service capabilities for the end user. 

Some of the responsibilities:
- Scoping & planning the delivery of their particular stream
- Development of AS IS/Target State maps 
- Business & Functional & Data requirements 
- Plan and facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders and/or SMEs
- Supporting IT, Testing, Change and implementation activities.
- Managing peer review of analysis artefacts created by the BA team
- Managing traceability from Scope (business outcomes) to business requirements 
- Managing weekly status reports for the Principal BA

Skills & experience:
- Solid experience in large programs within Financial Services
- Insurance background ideal 
- Experience in digital forms, workflow systems and Insurance Admin systems would be highly advantageous.
