IT Helpdesk - Level 1/2
To enhance our ongoing commitment to ‘service excellence’, a stimulating opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven Service Desk Officer to provide timely and effective IT support to the entire business. Full-time, permanent role based in Scorsby.
On a daily basis, you'll:
· Deliver timely, effective and friendly IT support to local offices and remote sites
· Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults
· Provide technical support to business stakeholders as requested
· Support all user related hardware
· Monitor and maintain all support issues in a Helpdesk system
· Manage the telephone infrastructure
To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate:
· ITIL Certified
· Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
· Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure
· 3 yrs experience in an IT Desktop/Helpdesk support environment (mandatory)
· Demonstrated success in a time-critical, client-driven environment
