Our client is a leading provider of Healthcare services across Australia. Due to continued growth, they now require an Service Desk Lead to join their talented Service Delivery Team.

Responsibilities:

The is a critical service delivery role that is responsible for managing a national team of technical service coordinators. This will involve providing regular leadership, mentoring and coaching to all team members in order to actively ensure that SLA’s are achieved.

Key Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of leadership experience within a 5000+ seat environment
  • Demonstrated experience shaping and managing teams to provide a high level of service
  • Skills in Windows Operating Systems, Server 2012, Exchange and Active Directory
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management practice
  • Previous experience managing technology vendors and outsourcing partners
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills

The organisation offers a collaborative environment where you will lead project and BAU support requirements. Additionally, this role will provide extensive executive level engagement with the ability to shape service delivery strategy and optimise the capability.
