We are currently seeking a Change Manager experience working within the Wealth business . This is for a market leading financial services organisation to work on a large program of work.
The Change Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end change delivery. That will includes impact assessments, comms and stakeholder management. The individual will be working closely with the marketing and IT team in executing the changes.
This role will involve doing end-to-end change management, working across the entire transformation life cycle.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal change team
- Business Impact Assessment (high level and detailed)
- Organisational Change Management Plan & Delivery Program
- Stakeholder engagement
- Ensure data validation and ensuring data integrity
- Responsible for providing oversight of projects to ensure alignment and identify dependencies
- Engaging business lines and identifying change requirements
- Providing projects with change management support
- Contributing to capability development and coaching
- Liaising closely with vendors
You should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong Change Manager experience working within the Wealth business
- Experience in delivering change through Agile
- Need to be a creative solutions thinker;
- Strong understanding about the CM role and end to end delivery;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity;
- Experienced in understanding and working across all portfolio level;
- Strong in relationship building and stakeholder engagement;
- Advanced interpersonal skills;
- Comfortable working independently or within a team environment player.
