IT Administrator

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator on a permanent basis. 

In this hands-on role you will provide end to end support and senior technical assistance to all our end users. You will be responsible for managing and resolving IT issues along with being a key player in IT projects across the business.

What will you be doing?

• System administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure for head office and our clinics
• Disaster Recovery planning and management
• IT Service Desk management and control
• Maintain/Update the Asset databases and Infrastructure documentation
• VoIP, Phones, Mobiles, Printers, Remote Terminal Server support including LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity issues
• Setting up new clinics nationally

 What do you need to be successful?

• Experience in providing desktop/server level support in a corporate environment
• Intermediate to expert level skills required in Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
• Experience in managing backup using Veeam, Shadow Protect
• Exposure to cloud services such as Office365, Azure, or AWS
• A strong sense of customer satisfaction and problem solving
