We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator on a permanent basis.
In this hands-on role you will provide end to end support and senior technical assistance to all our end users. You will be responsible for managing and resolving IT issues along with being a key player in IT projects across the business.

In this hands-on role you will provide end to end support and senior technical assistance to all our end users. You will be responsible for managing and resolving IT issues along with being a key player in IT projects across the business.
What will you be doing?
- System administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure for head office and our clinics
- Disaster Recovery planning and management
- IT Service Desk management and control
- Maintain/Update the Asset databases and Infrastructure documentation
- VoIP, Phones, Mobiles, Printers, Remote Terminal Server support including LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity issues
- Setting up new clinics nationally
- Experience in providing desktop/server level support in a corporate environment
- Intermediate to expert level skills required in Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
- Experience in managing backup using Veeam, Shadow Protect
- Exposure to cloud services such as Office365, Azure, or AWS
