Our government client requires multiple Agile Scrum Masters to join their team for an exciting new program of work.The role of the Scrum Master is to lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex Agile based project delivery and to coach the teams about agile scrum to ensure successful deliverables across work packages.
Skills / experience:
- 3+ years' Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment;
- Stakeholder management, negotiation & communication skills;
- Highly skilled in estimation and planning. Know how to create useful and reliable practical plans for software development projects;
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices; and
- Experience in leading Agile teams.
