YOU WILL BRING:
- Previous experience in a similar role involving general laptop/tablet and desktop break-fix repairs desirable.
- Ability to strip down and rebuild Dell & Lenovo products and replace various hardware parts/components
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to build client relationships.
- Knowledgeable in MS software & configuration/installation.
- Current Driver's License, Own Car
YOUR NEW ROLE:
- In this customer-facing role you'll be troubleshooting and solving a range of technical issues for customers by performing In-Warranty repairs for Laptops, tablets and PCs.
- Perform break/fix and in-warranty repairs on Dell and Lenovo products.
- Responsible for re-installing software and re-imaging machines.
- Must be flexible to work across Melbourne – regular travel to different sites/locations every day.
- Follow Unisys, Dell and Lenovo administration processes.
- Paid per job, great earning potential.
