We are seeking to appoint a seasoned Technician to work with & support our clients in New South Wales.
This is an autonomous role, requiring a self-motivating & results-focused individual who is able to provide technical services & support to hospitality venues across NSW.
The primary responsibilities for this role are:
- Installation of hardware & software components of POS management systems & other related products;
- Onsite & remote based support of all H&L applications and hardware;
- Efficiently maintain CRM records;
- Maintain a good understanding of current desktop operating systems, applications including MS Office, anti-virus, etc
- You will receive on the job training; however an applicant with previous experience of Sysnet and H&L products, and/or hospitality management experience would be at an ideal advantage.
- Support scheduled after hours on-call roster;
To be successful in this role you will be flexible & adaptable in your approach & have the ability to understand & communicate complex technical concepts as required. You will have:
- Previous experience with software troubleshooting, hardware & software installation/upgrades;
- Previous experience with diagnostics and repair of hardware /software issues via analytical & detailed troubleshooting to ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately;
- An understanding of switching and routing (LAN / WAN / VPN);
