This leading prestigious Asset Management and Investment company is undertaking a major strategic project and program and they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. Working with the project team, business operations and performance and analytics teams you will be working with the preferred vendor service provider to ensure the selected solution is delivered to defined requirements.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Documenting as is and to be business processes and gap analysis
- Interviewing users and documenting detailed business requirements
- Working with the vendors to ensure requirements are understood
- Coordinating and driving the delivery of the solutions with the vendor
- Providing project status reports and risk and issue management
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and assisting in the development and implementation of BA and project templates.
This role will be embedded within the Operations, Performance and Analytics and investment management teams so to qualify you will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Financial Investments and Asset Management;
- Strong hands-on experience with formal Business Analysis including detailed process and gap analysis and business requirements development
- Experience with software implementation projects
- Ability to work with and manage external vendors
- Any experience with Data Warehousing and Investment Performance and Analytics would be highly regarded
