Build and own the software management function across the Technology Group. This new role will be responsible for the growth and leadership of a high performance team responsible for maturing the software management capability across our organisation.
What you get to do
- Drive engagement and iterative value-driven delivery of software platforms to support evolving business needs
- Engage and lead a team of software analysts, administrators and developers who support our internal teams
- Work with data, security, architecture and integration teams to create robust and scalable platforms to support the growth of our business
- Ownership and simplification of our existing software footprint
- Evaluate, develop and integrate new software platforms as we evolve our technology landscape
What you will have
- Humanistic leadership to attract, develop and grow capability across a team of software analysts, administrators and developers
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with ability to engage and present to up to C level; coupled with experience in multi-stakeholder engagement, prioritization and managing resource contention to deliver strategic outcomes
- Experience aligning technical and business teams towards goals that balance data, design, security and business needs;
- Salesforce ecosystem system experience is essential, and HRIS &/or ERP implementation and/or other SaaS exposure would be highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in Agile principles and practices (mindset & structure)
