Detail information about job Lead Agile Coach. Terms and conditions vacancy

  • Enable greater organisational agility
  • Leadership & coaching role
  • Move to New Zealand!
Australia is a great place to live! But have you considered relocating to New Zealand? We're not going to lie, it's definitely colder over here than in AUS. But consider this... We don't have any snakes that could kill you, or any snakes at all. We have a poisonous spider, the Redback, but good luck finding one of those. There are no crocodiles, no dingos, no reef stonefish, no giant centipedes. We do have a few sharks, but we have a mutual understanding down here. We also love Aussies or Agile Practitioners with AUS experience. Now that we've covered why you should move to NZ, read on.

This is one of the largest and well-known companies in New Zealand. This is not only a great place to work, but will look excellent on your CV. This client is within the financial sector, so financial experience is preferred, but certainly not required.

About The Role

You will help lead/champion the Agile transformation across the entire organisation, making sure everyone, including those at C level, are on board with the change and an easy transition can be made. Working as part of an established team of agile coaches, the Lead Agile Coach will influence and lead the agile/dev ops adoption. You will work with leaders, teams, and practitioners to improve delivery outcomes and increase customer focus.

Required skills / experience:
  • Experience as an Agile Coach at enterprise level.
  • You're an Agile and Scrum expert.
  • You've worked in a Dev Ops environment.
  • Experience of influencing business leader/stakeholders in Agile thinking.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and trust with teams, and lead them in change.
  • You've set up Agile Frameworks before in a well known organisation.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
If you'd like to know more or this sounds like your next role, then please apply. It would be beneficial to hold the appropriate visa to work full-time in New Zealand, if you don't, apply any way.
