Our client is a market leader in Melbourne who have consistently grown over the last 10 years due to innovation and strong project demand across Australia and New Zealand. At present they are looking to hire a mid and senior Developer with previous experience in SQL + (Java or .NET) to work closely with the development team and CTO.. For this project they are looking for an exceptional, highly experienced and technical individual to join a fast paced environment located in Melbourne CBD. 

The ideal person will need to be able to come in and join a team of senior developers and showcase your backend skills as well as strong communication skills are a must.

Demonstrable skills, knowledge and proven experience in the following are required:

• 4+ years commercial SQL + (.NET / Java) 
• Experience in VBA
• Database schema and SQL query design skills
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies desirable
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architectures
• Web services development and API documentation skills
