About the role:

The business is in process of an exciting transition and looking for a full-time team member who can help with in this period. The role’s main requirements, will be to assist in the transition to Quadient (GMC) and to be a positive influencer of change.

You will be expected to assist with the initial live campaigns into production, support training, and help with documentation of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Able to function comfortably with most aspects of Quadient (GMC)

• Designer - For Creation of Forms.
• Interactive - Exposure in Creating Interactive documents and workflows.
• Pre-processing Workflows - Exposure in creating complex workflows to connect to external services to manipulate the input data.

Able to assist in training, documenting processes, and troubleshooting in a time-sensitive environment.

• The Quadient Inspire Developer is responsible for ensuring that text and live print samples are set up correctly and completed in a timely manner, including spooling of jobs for laser printing.
• Create documents for printing on behalf of major 3rd party clients, by combining a dataset and graphic layout.
• Campaigns are required to be done according to job instructions and following laser processing internal processes including data processing audit checks.
• The Quadient Inspire Developer is required to work towards a deadline as communicated by the Traffic Manager and meet those deadlines otherwise communicating any delays to the Traffic Manager.
• Update job tracking systems with job status and counts and also ensuring all timesheets are completed in an agreed timeframe.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Quadient Inspire Developer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work under pressure
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• This is a very fast paced environment, so a calm and professional manner is essential
