P&N Bank is currently seeking a customer focused Help Desk Officer with outstanding communication skills for a 12 month Fixed Term role at our Head Office in the CBD.
  
As a Help Desk Officer at P&N Bank you will manage the day to day interaction with customers of the IT Department via phone, email and walk-ups.  You will ensure support queries and incidents are logged, resolving first level and some second level support queries or referring to the relevant internal or external group. You will also be responsible for progress reporting to the customer and purchasing and administrative duties for the wider IT department.
  
Although this role is essentially Monday through Friday there may be the occasional requirement to work on a Saturday morning, paid at overtime.
  
For this position, it essential that you have experience in a similar Help Desk Officer role, with proven experience supporting Windows server and desktop, Citrix and the MS Office suite. Experience working with ServiceNow would be advantageous. In addition your excellent communication and service skills will be the key to the facilitation of great relationships with your customers.
